These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Premier Rug Washing website and all services provided by Premier Rug Washing, Inc. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or using our cleaning, repair, or restoration services, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Service Terms

 

Premier Rug Washing provides rug washing, repair, restoration, and related services at our Madison, Wisconsin, facility. All services are performed by trained professionals using approved processes and equipment.

We reserve the right to decline service for any item we determine to be unsafe, unstable, or too fragile for cleaning.

 

2. Customer Responsibilities

 

By providing a rug or other item for service, you confirm that:

• You are the owner or have the legal authority to authorize cleaning or repair.

• You have disclosed any known issues, including prior damage, pet contamination, dye instability, or previous repairs.

• You understand that some rugs may have pre-existing wear that cannot be fully reversed.

Customers are responsible for removing personal items from rugs before service.

 

3. Risk and Limitations

 

While we use industry-standard cleaning processes, some risks cannot be eliminated:

• Color migration or dye instability

• Shrinkage or texture changes in natural fibers

• Hidden damage revealed during cleaning

• Weak or decayed fibers that may separate during washing

 

Premier Rug Washing is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, improper storage, or previous cleaning by another provider.

If we determine a rug is high-risk, we will notify you before proceeding.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

 

Pricing is based on rug size, fiber type, condition, and required treatments. Estimates are provided in advance and may be revised if additional issues are discovered during inspection.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid items may be subject to storage fees after 30 days.

 

5. Turnaround Time

 

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy. Actual timelines may vary based on rug condition, drying time, and service volume. Delays do not void these Terms.

 

6. Pickup & Drop-Off Policies

 

Customers are responsible for transporting rugs to and from our facility unless pickup or delivery is arranged separately.

If items are not picked up within 60 days of completion, Premier Rug Washing reserves the right to charge storage fees or dispose of the item in accordance with Wisconsin law.

 

7. Website Use

 

You agree not to misuse the Premier Rug Washing website, including:

• Attempting unauthorized access

• Uploading harmful software

• Copying website content for commercial use

All site content is owned by Premier Rug Washing and protected by copyright.

 

8. Appointment Scheduling

 

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations should be made with reasonable notice. Frequent or repeated no-shows may result in scheduling restrictions.

 

9. Warranty

 

We stand behind our workmanship. If you have concerns about the results of your cleaning, contact us within 7 days so we can review the item.

We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or permanent discoloration.

 

10. Liability Limitations

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Rug Washing’s liability is limited to the lesser of:

• The cost of cleaning, or

• The item’s current market value (not replacement value)

 

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by natural disasters, theft unrelated to our negligence, or damage that occurs while rugs are in transit with third-party carriers.

 

11. Changes to These Terms

 

Premier Rug Washing may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
